I spent a bit after work today rechecking the fuses in the passenger compartment, but didnt check engine compartment due to fading light and being tired from the job. Everything looks to be in the appropriate location, and correct amperage. I am going to get on the erWin site tomorrow and download everything I can for the car. I am almost positive I am missing something with the fuses, as it makes sense that was the only variable causing the issue. I will keep posting updates until resolution comes. Feel free to give me hints and advice!!

    Thanks again

So, I used the information from erWin and went thru my fuse boxes again. Everything was in the proper place as per that reference. I cleaned / scuffed up each blade of every fuse and put them back in place... being ocd that all were facing the same way. Voila, clear instrument cluster. I'm about to go drive it around for a bit, get it washed and have lunch. I'll scan it and post the results when I return.
