Seat Alhambra problem resetting steering angle sensor

Trying to reset the Steering Angle Sensor (G85) on a Seat Alhambra, im entering code 41068 and its saying its not ok (incorrect) Anyone came across this problem before any advice on how to resolve much appreciated!

The repair history may shed light on both issues but do try the 03 coding and Basic settings suggested by NEtech if you haven't already.

I believe someone either replaced the 16-Steering wheel module or completed repairs in that area. Although you may want to change the 16 coding to 1082040000 if it doesn't have the PPT telephone button I don't believe the problem is coding specific. Instead, I would check the connections to the stalks with electrical faults in addition to the MFSW slave module inside the steering wheel.

steering wheel module has been replaced and we have now re coded abs module but cant get steering angle to calibrate.We will have a look again at terminals tomorrow as another garage fitted steering wheel module but is there no instructions for latter vehicles

Thanks for the additional info. Based on 00778 - Steering Angle Sensor (G85) - "Implausible Signal" do make sure G85 isn't reading 360° when straight per the MVBs in 03 before you remove the steering wheel. If it happens to be one full turn out that may explain the Implausible Signal and would be far easier to correct when the wheel is removed the first time (so you don't have to take it apart twice).

Hi steering angle is straight and showing 0 degrees and calibrated fine in 3 abs but think coding issue in 16 steering module how do you code the long codeas I'm sure the coding boxes was greyed out .
Can't clear steering wheel light which is showing 44 steering assist not calibrated and 4 codes in 16 steering module for not seeing indicators ,cruise, wipers.
