Wanna check oil PSI controlled regulation volume as per the RTFB too by doing the JPPSG.

https://forums.ross-tech.com/showth...essional-Problem-Solver-Guide-quot-JPPSG-quot

Is a oil bypass stuck open slightly?

These tests don't cut the mustard for the Bavarian pretzel.

As stated all my experience is VW TDI, other than some friends cars but know the 1.8 from classes is a historic sludge motor along with numerous others, Toyota and Chrysler come to mind.

Know the 1,8 as you stated plugs screens which you say remove.

Again, are these and others full of sludge from poor maint, as know lots of folks with the 1.8 that don't have the issue.

Would you remove screens at oil fed adjusters or tensioners that are post oil filter or pickup screen in sump & that would prevent an engine from running proper & isn't it a known fact that in the TSI engines, the screens themselves break down and become vicarious FOD to damage an engine cylinder head etc. regardless of oil change history & all on its own proving me even more right since the 1.8T days & not for oil pump pickup's and stated again for clarity?

Jacks Professional Problem Solver Guide. "JPPSG"

Make / Model / Year / Edition.
Skoda Super B / Year 2014 / 1.8TSI DSG

Step 1 Tag of PR-Build data picture posted ( Last 6 of VIN can be omitted for privacy )
TMBAB63T7E9006212

Step 2 Status of car stock or modified in any way? If so list!
All is Stock

Step 3 "VCDS" COMPLETE Auto-Scan in code tags!
I cant start a autoscan because the engine is uninstall to the car

Step 4 Describe recent repairs or services, problem at hand, & attempts at repair.
Low oil pressure, I install a oil pressure meter in the oil pressure switch and dont have more than 20 psi with oil hot and wot

Step 5 Are parts OEM or AFT? If so, "what", and what origin?
All engine is OEM, I check all parts and all is perfect, I install a new OEM oil pump, but the problem exist

Step 6 Identify specific issues to be addressed/concerned about, or say ALL.
Low oil pressure, I have a ecu message, RMP limit to 4000 RPM

Step 7 Now that you jumped through the first few hoops of fire, did you check the FUSES/Battery connections?
yes I check all

Good Information Guideline.

1 Focus discussion on symptom description!

2 Ask questions that clarify what, when, where, & frequency.
All time with oil over 90 degrees

3 Summarize your understanding & get agreement in forum or from colleagues.
I work with vw engines for 10 years, and theTSI engines have hard problems with oil pressure, .

4 Explain what you will do to proceed, & get forum acknowledgement.
I think that the problem may be in the oil pump second phase, I dont understand how can I test this.

5 Do you have a proper repair manual? If not get one!
http://forums.ross-tech.com/showthre...Wiring-Diagram

6 Do you know how to read a schematic? If not see "How to read WD section" or link to Jef.
http://forums.ross-tech.com/showthre...(final-version)

7 Check part numbers are accurate, & firmware versions of VCDS + respective controllers are of latest release.

8 Did you check CHARGING SYSTEM HEALTH, BATTERY & FUSES "YET"?

Diagnosing, Brain storming, & the Final Solution!

1 Describe problem ( List known symptoms ) Nix opinions or disguised solutions

2 Verify & Analyze ( Duplicate if possible, & list possible causes...... RTFB! the trouble tree, TSB's & for FOD )
Further..... FOD of hardware, & or electronically modified firmware/software/emissions defeat/delete devices is essential now...... do not negate this! Look for any discrepancies in codification when compared to other modules. Actually review Time Stamps Miles and the information made available in a DTC, such as a G or N destinations and use as a search in WD.

3 Locate the problem ( Prioritize and identify work times + safety limits, the use of chemicals or tool requirements )

4 Repair the Problem ( Determine the cause & not just treat an effect )

5 Conduct a quality Check of your work and verify you fixed it!
Always follow up reporting back to the Forum to help the next guy.

IF ANY OF THE ABOVE IS TOO MUCH TO COMPLY WITH, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL SHOP VISIT.

Thanks , up is a Skoda super B auto scan

I test a oil pressure pump,
the data are :

with engine oil tem at 108 C

Idle = 18 psi
1500 RPM = 25 psi
2000 RPM = 25 psi
3000 RPM = 22 psi

I unsaambled a engine, I change a ballance shafts, oil pump,
I test a cams housing and bearings and this are perfects,
the oil pressure is good in low rpm but when I press a gas pedal the oil pressure down, I unplug a oil pressure solenoid next to the crank pulley, and nathing
thanks

Verify hydrostatic control and all bypass points or check valves!
Verify for internal leaks by blocking ports to isolate and pulling a vacuum.

Hi jack, I unassambled a oil pump and I bloc a pump in second step, yo know, the oil pump has 2 steeps, for low pressure and hi pressure, I blocked a pump in hi pressure mode , and after assambled a pump in the car, the problem is the same, the strange thin is that my problem is over 3000 rpm , this is a problem, if the problem are in the ballance shafts or crank or if i have oil pressure leack the problem can be in low ( idle RPM ) dont over 3000 rpm,
thanks

If PSI is too high is no good either that is why "regulation" is needed.
