Low oil pressure, I install a oil pressure meter in the oil pressure switch and dont have more than 20 psi with oil hot and wot

All engine is , I check all parts and all is perfect, I install a new oil pump, but the problem exist

I work with vw engines for 10 years, and theTSI engines have hard problems with oil pressure, .

I think that the problem may be in the oil pump second phase, I dont understand how can I test this.

7 Check part numbers are accurate, & firmware versions of + respective controllers are of latest release.
8 Did you check CHARGING SYSTEM HEALTH, BATTERY & FUSES "YET"?
