Had a look at this one a few times, it has 2 exhaust pressure sensors , the readings looked OK, but we swapped a new one in both positions have run a regen back to zero, lasts for a few days then code back in.
The dealer has told him that they would change the EGR and cooler, but couldn’t guarantee it would fix the issue.
