Yes for the time support ... I can understanding this...

Is the vcdscripter function only with a vcds EN or DE ? or in a vcds FR there is into the program the same command in EN language ?
I have seen too that vcdscripter not find install of vcds FR in the laptop and it explain by the file directory of intall :

vcds FR : file directory like c:\....VCDS-FRM
vcds EN : file directory like c:\....VCDS

I have test if rename file directory VCDS-FRM to VCDS and the vcdscripter find vcds but ...are the internal commands are the same ?

If not I know it possible to install the two soft (EN and FR....)

No. Completely different.

The automation library relies on text (labels) displayed in the VCDS Software, that are totally different in a french version.

VCDScripter supports german and english VCDS version.
