TGIM VCDS cloud access

Thought I've registered everything correctly, but can not access the VCDS Cloud. https://vcds-cloud.com/
Believe I've saved them to the Cloud though.

Can someone please give me the steps.
Do I need to connect the VCDS Mobile to a computer again or am I good with Wifi and my phone?
I've written down everything I've done with it over the last two years.

Please explain what you mean by "Can't access"? Page doesn't load? Or you've forgotten your login credentials for the cloud server?


Anything you've saved to the cloud will also exist locally on your HEX-NET. Point a browser at your HEX-NET, log in (default password is: password) and click [View Saved Files].

can you give me the dumb down how to create my login for https://vcds-cloud.com/ with my VCDS mobile.
I'm guessing I missed that part when i set everything else up.
Would like to be able to access stuff from my desk and have everything working.

There does appear to be a cloud account associated with your HEX-NET.

I'll PM you the Username, but I can't retrieve the password for you. We don't store the actual password, just a hash of it.

Assuming your HEX-NET is in infrastructure mode on the same network as the computer on your desk, you can point a browser on that computer to it as well.
