Hi Guys
Im trying to help a mate out, he has a fault which is not showing on a scan, but the interesting thing is his instrument cluster is not showing a rev or ser number during a scan and some weird text at the bottom

He also tells me that his DIS stalk is not working so he can not see MPG av speed etc, he said he had the dash apart a while back but has only just noticed / been informed of the EPC light during his MOT.
I tested the lights on the cluster and the blub (as are all) are working as it lights up during test.
Could it be the Cluster has become uncoded?
Also of note there is no address 16 when running a scan.
Any ideas of a way forward would be great
