Can I delete the "old" "older" "oldest" directories under the VCDS directory?
Just keep the "Labels" folder?

Yes you can.

We did that "backup" stuff for cases where people make changes in the Labels folder and protested when we wiped out their changes when they installed an update.

Changes are supposed to go in Labels/User (which doesn't get wiped) but people don't read...
