Thanks I will do this tomorrow.
Can you look the injectors the car smells good I thing is the wiring.
The other Box gives me the same errors and of course the key imobilizer.
I will look at the pulses of the heating element in the injectors under the car first.
I must see pulses of the heating ground around 3 volts with my oscilloscope.

OK.
DRL is gone.
The engine light is on failing Oxygen Sensors.
My oscilloscope has pulses of 4 volts at the end that goes to J220.
The wires have color brown/blue T121/6 and Brown/green T121/63 to the ground.
My background tells me the heaters work.
I will measure next the injector outputs and see what I get.
I will add the measurement here.
Between T121/10 White/brown and T121/11 green/brown 1.5 ac signal pic to pic.
Between T121/68 white/Yellow and T121/69 green/yellow 1.5 ac signal pip to pic.
Now whoever did this before he can compare the values and inform me.
This is a good test and the answer will help many people.

You are writing injectors. Do you mean oxygen sensors? The reported faults are with the oxygen sensors, not the fuel injectors.

If evaluating the oxygen sensors, use the measuring block function in VCDS to log the sensors over a short drive.

Sorry.
I meant oxygen sensors, I corrected my error.
You see the values I need someone who did the same test to tell me if he has better values.
I will shortly do this but I do not know what it will be accomplished with the software.
Shortly I will have the results from the software part of the Oxygen Sensors.
I will guess digital values will be show us if Oxygen Sensors work.
I did what you mentioned but I see the Oxygen Sensor with value 0.0 not working and I can not read any other option to see more information. Any other option to try.

This information is for the support group.
Today I installed a new oxygen sensor on the top at the engine's exhaust.
For my surprise I scan the system and I got the same results.

I want only to get rid of the oxygen sensors errors so I can inspect the car for use.
I also read somewhere that the coding of the controller is not good.
Please tell me if you need it, maybe you can reload it.
Please let me know.

So far no one is answering. it is difficult and this is the first time I deal with VW.
At this point I will see if any other help will come soon.
I will replace the other 2 oxygen sensors and I will stop working in the car until I have some news.

Have you atleast tried deleting all fault codes to see what comes up again?
Have you found wiring diagram to check oxygen sensor heating and you check is it working? It should be basic task for "engineer" with simple 12v voltmeter or light bulb.

Val.
Thanks.
I have done all the question that you asked.
The errors I delete them I wait for 1 minute and they come back and I use 2 different instruments.
I also did measurements with my oscilloscope and also replaced one of oxygen sensors.
The errors are always there.
I do not know why this problem can not go away.
It will take time but I will get the solution.

Is there any wiring harness damage, possibly ground related?

Andy.
Thanks
I did not find any bad ground.
By the way do you know what is J220 in the jetta and where is located.
I am getting errors P1517 and P0685. All my relays are checked and work on 12 v.
I also have a confusion Oxygen B1 S3 ,Oxygen B1 S2, Oxygen B1 S3 a diagram or description where are located.
I have a new one on the exhaust on the back of the Engine. All failed in my last check.
I will change the other 2 oxygen sensors and then I will know the oxygen sensors can not be the problem.
They all Bosh.

Thanks for the info.
I have one already out how to check it? if is an original with bad markings.
I need help with S1,S2,S3 Oxygen sensors locations.
Can you tell me what is the S number on the one that you see from the top of the engine.
This is the only one with different part number.
The ones I have they are from AutoZone and they are made by Bosch hopefully are good.

I also started the Jetta this morning with -5 degrees F. it started instantly.
I scan the can buss and I get 2 errors oxygen sensors 1,2,3 and *****controller incorrectly coded*****.
This is a message that I got many times do we have any software person to inform us.
Can it be a fake message?.

Jack.
Thanks for the location of oxygen sensors.
VW has no picture of them.
Now the #1 oxygen sensor is brand new and still fails.
If you read my work you will see that I gave a good overview of my work with my oscilloscope.
As far the the power supply relay problem I will continue weather permitting.
I know my business do not send any more nasty answers.
You probably know well the car business I know the medical business CAT, MRI, Special procedure X-ray Cath. labs Medical Lasers.
As you know I do not know the VW.
I will fix it on my own.
This is my last report I am getting out of this site.

Peter,
Yes the RTFB does have pictures of the locations of the OXS sensors......

OXS-yes.png

Sorry if you think my questions are offensive, that is not the intent, I'm just trying to make you think.

Let's make it all about me because I'm the asshole, so dump it all on me as the scapegoat, okay? I can't but help feel your pain, release it to me and set it free!

Your test paths, aforementioned reading/comprehension or choice of type of WD were & are indeed poor or as you describe with a scope even.

Please keep in mind the heater circuits are all shared in the OXS sensors & within the controller & with a shared fuse.
You may have changed the OXS sensor but the controller may also possibly already be actually damaged & there is indeed a problem within the AFT for poorly rated parts for this car and all ME7 for VAG suffer issues with this circuit.

Each heater circuit is a duty cycle ground completion pulsed bus type circuit and the controller adds up the heater circuits to also perform a DTC diagnosis which can be observed in VCDS during basic setting tests for readiness & a cross check algorithm & to deliberately make aftermarket parts fail in second or third drive cycles being completed to mess up your day.
0x01-04-041>

You haven't posted the data I requested or a DTC number and your old scan shows no evidence of a coding issue but your car is coded correctly.

So far no one is answering. it is difficult and this is the first time I deal with VW.
At this point I will see if any other help will come soon.
I will replace the other 2 oxygen sensors and I will stop working in the car until I have some news.

Val.

These posts are not the type of reports or questions I'd expect from any engineer in any field!

Instead of this myopic approach and spouting off credentials or about other systems, maybe ask more educated questions or read the SSP on design and function?
Ground fault loop......and exists in your medical equipment too, alarm and fire systems and the aforementioned car.

I figured after over a month you needed someone to give you a push and or kick in the ass & since you were crying in aforementioned posts and it looked like you were/are simply frustrated.

Now let's focus that anger and have some fun?

Have you checked SB fuse 45?
Is real power with amperage to drive a load circuit available at each OXS sensor for the heaters?
