    CAVD Security Code

    Hello,
I would like to increase the idle speed of the engine of my Scirocco with CAVD 160cv engine but I need the security code!
    Does anyone have it?

You're not supposed to change the idle speed for emission reasons. Why exactly is it you're trying to do this? Have you checked if there is a new software/firmware available for this ECM, which may fix your issue?

I have updated with the latest software / firmware available in 2013 (about 720rpm), I do not know if in the following years other updates have come out!

I would like to increase the idle speed of a few hundred rpm in order to keep it at around 800/850 rpm!

But what are you trying to achieve by increasing the idle speed? The random intermittent misfires on idle? This is pretty normal for the 1.4 TSI twincharger engine.

I having mounted a dogbone insert at about 800 / 850rpm I have no annoying vibrations in the car (either with ac on or off)

    I have no engine problems

See how FOD is bold and dark green? Just hover your mouse over it and the explanation will appear as a pop-up

I don't understand why people are interested why AndreaMala wants to increase idle rpm ?!?!?!
She's asking for help, not for comments - why etc.

I don't understand where this, now stupid, world leads.

Because we're not robots who do tasks by commands. If there is problem with original RPM, the problem must be fixed, not just bypassing some system.
