No ROD file found

Hello every one,
after instal VCDS-Release-18.9.0-Installer and VCDS-18090-Updater I have error about ROD file.
I don't know why, my car Audi A6 C7 2015
Please Help

I expect you would have better results if you used a legitimate/genuine Ross-Tech interface and software downloaded directly from our site.

I delete everything and install again directly from webside . After connecting the cable to the laptop and car I saw activated.
Everything work, but when I do LongCoding a" Gauge test/needle sweep active" and "Lap Timer active" i have message that every thing is coded and accepted but when i checked it again is not coded. I don't know why?
I need to send you serial number in pm ?
I can not do full scan, I have message about ROD file

That is because the interface you are using is an illegally pirated CLONE of our product.

Get a real one. Then it will work.
