Getting the code since we bought the car. All stock AFAIK.
Is the code thrown because of some shoddy work (change a module) of the previous owner? Which module is incorrectly coded?
Any suggestions how to troubleshoot?

Code comes right back after erasing.

The CAN gateway is complaining because there's a module present in the car that it's not configured to recognize. It looks like the previous owner made an attempt to de-equip TPMS from the car, most likely because...

Code:

01521 - Sensor for Tire Pressure 
            004 - No Signal/Communication

They didn't want to buy sensors. Connect to module 19, go to Installation List, check address 65 Tire Pressure, save it. With that done, the fault in 19 should go away. Then sort out your TPMS sensors so you have properly working TPMS.

I prefer the city under the city in "Demolition Man" the movie Jason & which isn't afraid to express nor hide ones feelings in order to convey the gravity of the situation, end result is OP if working on system should know his own liability and two the collective was deemed not to have the ability to check their own air PSI or was it because the technology has been on aircraft/aerospace and critical components for decades proving the ability to save lives and no reason since cost so low now that it be implemented?

Then again what does it matter kids tomorrow wont check TP and will get in an "Uber" car etc. & so they can stay plugged into the social media, which is far more important to control them?

Bought car, no changes or modifications AFAIK.
The 01044 code keeps coming up.
Is there a 'can gateway module'?
I checked the settings, but they seemed to make sense.

Bought car, no changes or modifications AFAIK.
The 01044 code keeps coming up.
Is there a 'can gateway module'?

Simple stuff.... connect to CAN Gateway, go into the Installation List, locate 65-Tire Pressure and check the box for it, then save.
