Still not verified

I did as all instructions and video showed to get my Forum account verified. Got the email back from ross-tech with the registration code to put into my vcds, used the serial number from my cable on the forum section to become verified, and its still not showing my account as verified. any suggestions.

Take a look in calendar.

Fixed.
