What is the first number in faults ?

Hi, I had a check engine on my new S5 and got a ROD file issue in VCDS. I guess I can follow the other post on renaming some files to get that working but already cleared the DTCs. So my question is what is the first number in the faults section (wiki doesn't say) does anyone know what 4515 or 34381 might be ? Ta.

I'm confident that if your VCDS were legitimate, it would tell you what those faults mean.
