As far as I know the slave modules cannot be flashed. So in your car you need no idex or D. Maybe E is also possible have seen some cars with E so.

As I can see coding is now ok. Install the other slave modules and copy past coding again. Then do Basic Setting.

Finally, after finding and installing D version AFS Slave modules, setting Byte 4 - Bit 4 active, and follow procedure in 04 - basic settings, all 3 in sequence, then the error was gone.
