Does the thorttle have to be replaced?

Hi I have a problem with my car. Engine starts but Thorttle do not work ok.
Just checked cable connection, also checked inside the thorttle body. All looks ok but have this error

I'm not 100% sure, but the CHYA engine is in the VW Up! as well, so my info is based on that, I can't find anything for the CHYA in Skoda.

Unplug ECM (J623) and Throttle Body (J338), ohm test:
J623 T56/49 + J338 T6h/3
J623 T56/50 + J338 T6h/5

Should be less than 1.0ohm (dead short). Wiggle test wiring as well while doing this.

Ohm test T6h/3 + T6h/5 of the J338, what is the value?

ECU connectors usually have pin numbers molded into them.

I doubt that. We don't get cars with 1.0 liter, 3-cylinder engines here.

Good news - car is working
Bad - do not know why - just start working ok before I could do anything.

Will update if something change :-) :-(
Update. Die again
Pin 3 and pin 5 goes to ECU (short)
ohm test pin 3 to 5 = infinity

Thortle replaced for a used one and the same error.

The error comes up just after thurn on key before engine start.
Car do not have power , goes up to 2000rpm and drive max 50km/h

Found the issue.
The used thorttle is also bad. The issue is the return spring insite the thorttle is broken. Need to find good part :-)

Okay I'll bite..... as an asshole skeptic myself please explain how this mechanical spring breaks and works sporadically........... :rolleyes:

Video how this happened is appreciated because the stuff in a TV is pretty rugged.

The spring is broken and allow to open thortle to 1/3 . Some times it moves and alow to full open. Here is the picture of broken spring inside the part

and this one is after welding just to show You how it should look

In my opinion : The spring is responsible for closing thortle if You remove power to swich off the engine. So if the spring lock the thortle on 1/3 than ecu read error that the thortle can not move and test fail after ignition is on.

Sorry, but I do not know how it has broken.
