2.8 audi a6 throttle body issues

Hello,

I recently bought a new throttle body for my girlfriends 1999 Audi A6 Avant wagon, upon installation that the code p1545 was still showing up when I was reading the codes. I then purchased VCDS so I could fix the issue, but when I tried code p1559 showed up. I have attempted to run the throttle body re alignment with VCDS but I have been unsuccessful, as when ever I run it, it fails saying that block 90 is not available. Not sure if it's to do with low voltage to the sensor, but I do need help.

What instructions are you following for the TBA?
How is the car's system voltage?

Yeah........ post an auto-scan and tell us what engine code AHA or ATQ or provide the VIN number.
