2017 audi Q7 - Any way to program "S" mode to be default instead of "D"?

I've already used many of the tweaks posted here and I love it! Does anyone know if there is a way to program automatic selection of "S" sport mode and then pull shifter again to enter "D" if desired? That would be nice since its such a dog in D mode. Hoping APR will come out with an ECU upgrade soon.

I'm not aware of any way to do that and it would surprise me if there was.
