Before getting into the issue I am dealing with, just wanted to call out that I am new to VCDS please be patient 
I got a new to me 2008 Continental GT Speed, and there where two issues that need to be resolved:
-Backup camera doesn't have the steering wheel lines at all.
-The central display has a PDC screen but it always shows the PDC as in active even when the tones can be heard (which work perfectly)
Once I did an auto scan (see below), I saw that the 07 Control Head needs to be coded correctly (seems that it has been replaced at some point in the past since the CD button also has "MM" on it which came on 2009 and later CGTs)
I tried to code it based on the suggestions in the tool, but that seems to be accurate for older CGT and not those with the mid-cycle refresh that happened for MY2008.
Looking around on here, I was able to find the coding from a 2009 CGT (but it was a UK model): 0451237
Using that I got an error that the TV turner isn't present nor is the media interface. I came up with 0451227 which got rid of the TV turner error but still shows that the coding is incorrect. If I do 0400227, I lose the button for the rear camera on the PDC screen. And in all cases the PDC screen just shows it as inactive always.
For the rear camera, trying to code module 6C to anything other than 2000002 causes it to fail (out of range) but I can code 2000002 without issue. No idea why it is not showing any lines. Any way to try to reset the module or should I try to disconnect it from the car to try to get it to reset?
