Ok I will check again it didn’t come up with anything was something writen in red in the box . Do you think I need to do security first because it doesn’t come up with a code to put in . Do you know the code ?

It's entirely possible your particular TCM doesn't support this feature. Normally, if a security access code is the "missing link" the module will explicitly tell us that. But screen shots might be helpful here.

Same year doesn't mean the same version modules, they are often changed mid year.
And software versions change at random, unpredictable intervals.
We've seen cases in other cars that used to have this feature and it went away after an update.

If VAG have changed the software and it's not included in the software any more then there's no coding or adaptation changes that can make the software do something that isn't included any more.
It's like Group Face Time - Apple removed it from the released version of iOS12 and the only way to get it back is to run the iOS12.1 beta - it's not in the iOS12 code any more.
