VW CC window rain closing coding

Dear members,
I have a VW CC with rain/light sensor fitted in the factory. The sensor works on the car, when I put water on it under the 09 / MVB 015 I can see the Rain Sensor (Range: 0.0...7.0) value goes until 5.0 and at the same the wipers start to work.
I want to activate the rain window closing feature (what I successfully on my previous B6 some years ago), but on this CC I can't activate it. I tried everything on what I found on the forums, no fault codes, the Rain closing option appears on the dashboard, but it not works when I put water on the sensor.

As I said, I tried out everything that I found important :) :

In the module 09:
Byte 21/Bit 5: Rain/Light Sensor (RLS) installed (Checked in)

In the module 46:
Byte 09/Bit 1: Rain Closing (0 = nonrecurring / 1 = permanent) (Checked in)
Byte 09/Bit 2: Comfort Function Power Windows/Sunroof via Rain Light Sensor (Rain Closing) inactive (Checked out)

In the module 09/RLFS:
0780DD was the original coding, these bytes were checked in:
Byte 00/Bit 1: Rain Light Function active
Byte 00/Bit 2: Rain Closing active
I found on a forum that I can try 0780E1, but it not helped.

Should be at least:

By the way, lots of my friends have noticed, that rain closing interrups sometimes front wipers work. Rain closing disabled, everything works correctly.

Replacing the BCM is not a problem, I also have tool for writing the 18th byte.

Sw update won't help. Need to replace BCM.
I have also thought about chaging my cars bcm, but as my friends have had problems with wipers, then maybe i'll skip the change.

If I remember correctly, HW422 BCM-s came MY14.

I wonder if that is also the reason why it does not work on my Golf. everything is correct, double/triple check, windows just won't close.

I have been told that "on some cars it just won't work...".
