Hi, I have no communication with controller. Replaced controller, still no communication, changed levelling sensor on front suspension (front wheel drive) still no communication.I have no warning lights on dash. Can anyone give me some suggestions other than wiring. Thanks for any replies.

Unfortunately, there's nothing obvious in that scan.
I'm reasonably confident that on a 2004 4B A6, 55 should be on K2 (pin 15 of your diagnostic socket). Check that pin 15 is populated and check continuity between there and whatever pin the K-line goes to on the headlight range module. Also check power and ground connections to the headlight range module.

Hi, thanks for your reply. The car is a 2000, I've swapped the cluster and it's showing
cluster's previous car's vin. I'll check-out wiring. I've had the car 14 years but now electrics are doing my head in. Once again thanks for your reply and your interest.

Aha. A 2004 4B would most likely have had dual K-lines, with the second one on pin 15. A 2000 would not; everything would be on one K-line on pin 7.
So check continuity between pin 7 and the K-line pin on the headlight range module. And still check power and ground on that module.
