DPF regen

Hi guys anything I’m missing with the Dpf regen I plug in my lead go to engine , measuring , then service regen press go put my foot on the brake pedal like it said then accelerator it says hold them and it just says it’s timed out

No, it's not particularly good unless there's a specific reason to do it. In principle, it should never be needed if the car is driven in a manner appropriate to a diesel, and the engine and various sensors are healthy.

Ah I see kinda thinking little tweaks like I have done the needle sweep and reverse screen etc wanted to activate green menu but don’t think I can on my car

The ability to make 'enjoyable' or 'useful' changes to your car are dependant on your imagination and need. The limitations you will find of your car will be many unless you venture down the road of retrofitting, i.e. Adding things to your car that it didn't come with. E.g. On another model it may have heated seats or climate control, led lights, etc You may purchase some heated seats for example from a damaged car and want to make them work.

What headunit have you got? Is it a 2G or a 3G MMI - multimedia interface? If you have neither then you won't have a green menu.
