This is posted in the wrong forum as this is not a retrofit but an aftermarket camera. From the pictures it appears to be triggered by a reverse light signal and the cpu computes the camera output by low voltage differential signalling.
It may work on your composition monitor but as this is not a retrofit we cannot help. From reading the ad on AliExpress it seems that you may need to have VW OPS fitted as it may be linked through the park assist module.
My advice would be to contact the seller. Secondly, I would advise you to take your car back to the dealer and demand genuine VW Parking sensors if you were sold the car with parking sensors, otherwise it's another worthwhile retrofit
