I have A Ross-Tech HEX+CAN Interface. I use it 2-4 times a week on many different vehicles. so i need a unlimited dongle. however I don't always have wifi or internet access so it needs to be USB capable. do i get the Pro? and can use the usb cable to scan and code vehicles?

Yes, the HEX-NET can be used via USB, just like the HEX-V2.
The HEX-NET can also be used wirelessly, in Access Point mode, where it creates a WiFi network that your computer connects to.
Or, if you wish, you can order a 10-VIN HEX-V2 (wired-only) and upgrade it to Unlimited VINs after you receive it for an additional $169.
