I using Micro-CAN iterface and it stopped working.
Working fine with windows 7 and Passat-06
Now few years later it not work with win 10.
I tried Golf IV -02 and Jetta -13.
I get message:

Any good ideas or solution???

it means it cannot communicate with the gateway. Are you sure the interface is plugged in into the OBD port correctly?

Since VCDS finds the interface and is able to read the firmware version and status information, this doesn't strike me as a Windows problem.

I tried Golf IV -02 and Jetta -13.
The picture you posted is exactly what I would expect from a 2002 Golf IV. That car cannot do any diagnostics directly via CAN and the Micro-CAN simply isn't compatible with it.

That only leaves the 2013 Jetta as questionable. Ignition ON? Please try another modern car that's known to be compatible with the Micro-CAN. See this page for a list.

Heh... That explains a lot...

I have to give it one more try when Jetta is in my yard next time...
