Hello
i swaped gateway due ACC and Central elect. due heated seats.
Now this airbag have errors (i also swapped panel with parking button).

What i have to do ?

Swap back the original panel. The airbag light is on that panel and that is one part of the airbag system.

After swapping back the original panel, clear all DTCs and check if the airbag error is gone.

Then regarding ACC. You do see this on your autoscan :

I would not count on it.

There's two ways that I know of :
1. Needs physical alteration of ACC radar boot loader and certain type of ACC radar. 100% reliable as long as you don't update the radar software. This is how it was done on my car a year ago and everything still works as from factory and no problems after service either.

2. Fake FSID codes and some way to online activate them to the car. Don't know in detail how this happens but there's one Chinese guy who's also advertising remote activation of MQB functions in Facebook, but I know that VAG is already done some things to prevent this. So not sure how long this will work and what happens when you take the car in for a service. Does it detect from factory that the car should not have these codes and it wipes them from gateway?

I have there Drive select but after i swapped gateway there is it not available :-/
I need only add Cruise Control activation, but is very hard to find him.
Do you know how to activate remotely ?

Good to hear that. Probably the panel you bought is not correct for your car. The airbag light, as I mentioned, is part of safety systems and if it does not match the one in the car, it gives that error.

You will get drive select back by going back to the dealer who did the component protection removal and ask them to return the Feature enablement codes to the gateway. After that drive select will work again. They clearly did not do it even it's in the procedure when swapping gateway. You're not the first one to miss features when swapping gateway, there's another thread about this same thing and all was well after dealer returned the features back. They know how to do it. There's even a guided function for that on their diagnostic software.

And about the ACC activation. Let me explain this to you, I did this in other thread but I try to explain it here as well.
You CANNOT just add the activation code to the car. It does not work that way. All the FeC's, codes that enable certain features in the modules, are installed to the car during manufacturing phase. The codes are stored to factory database and are tied against your cars VIN number.
Now when you add a module that needs a FeC, like ACC radar. The module makes a challenge check to gateway, which works as a master, to verify that the FeC is activated. If it is not, the challenge fails and the module is immediately disconnected. The only exception is media system which AFAIK, internally checks the codes. It doesn't check them against gateway.

Normal cruise control you can retrofit IF you buy the package from manufacturer aftersales. The reason is that the package comes with an one-use enablement code, called also as SWaP (SoftWare As a Product) that will enable the FeC for the cruise control on the target car and at the same time it will store the FeC to factory database, again tied to the target car's VIN number. This enablement needs to be done at dealers as they have online connection to factory.

ACC is not sold as retrofit or aftermarket package, so you cannot get the SWaP codes for it. At least not officially.
How this Chinese guy does the enablement, I do not know. What I do know that VAG is aware of this and they've already put some countermeasures in to battle this. I do not know what these countermeasures are, so don't ask

Again, what I know that only way to surely have working ACC is the hacked radar. You can join MQB coding group in Facebook and ask help from there about ACC retrofit. They can help you on this one.

Like mentioned in the other thread as well, VAG is making our lives much more difficult on retrofit's with the introduction of SWaP. However, they could utilize it a lot better in my opinion by offering more aftermarket packages like ACC. The ACC could easily be sold as a retrofit part. Radar, stalk set, depending on equipment ABS block, new ABS sensors and possibly new instrument cluster. Of course pricey, but hey, that's life

One little "electrical" comment from my side.

if your new panel has no light indicator (led) for "passenger airbag off", then you can simply "cheat" it with a led between the correct pinouts of the T20 connector of the new panel.

connecting an orange led, and hiding it inside the hole would be an idea, that can cheat the system, making it think system is working as normal.

So, now i swapped rear speed ESP/ABS sensors (i see i bought non original :-( ) and ABS was with errors. Then i tried to repair it and because it was late, i click for clear all adaptions and now i have tons of error in every unit. My stupidity :-(
Is there coding needed if i swap speed sensors in ABS ? In VCDS is not txt for it :-(
Also i tried made basic adaption and nothing worked.
Did someone tried basic adaption of new ABS Golf 7 or A3 8V ?

Ok, two options to try.

Byte 26 set to hex 50 :

Or if that gives any errors after a while, then byte 26 set to hex F0 :

I'm not really sure what exactly is the difference. In my case hex value 50 gave an error to ABS module every time the car was driven over 80km/h. F0 works perfectly.

So try 50 first, if that gives the same error after driving over 80km/h then change the byte 26 value to F0.

And there is one label file for 3Q0 AB pump which is totally unofficial. You can find it by googling, but if you don't know what your doing exactly, don't use it. There's a risk that you'll screw the ABS coding completely.

So, Audi service guy told me, that coding help for these speed sensors error. He is going to enable Cruise Control SWAP code for use with ACC in gateway. Did you have to change some coding in ABS for ACC ?

when I upgraded from Park Pilot 8K to Park Assist 12K I also had to replace rear wheel sensors. there was indeed some ABS coding involved. I don't know if it's the same, if you need that info dig up the instructions from the famous spanish guy.

Yes, ACC needs a coding change to ABS. I can modify the coding for you.

But tell me, how the Audi service is going to enable the SWAP code for ACC? They can't do it. The only way for them to do it is to do it through factory database and that will reject it as your car never had ACC.
There are options to mock against the factory database to get the swap codes to the car, but that will need some trickery. Also if it's an authorized Audi service, the guy is risking it for himself as well.

Which one of the ABS coding changes worked for you? value 50 or value F0? I need to know this so I can use the correct base code for ACC changes.

ABS coding with ACC and emergency brake enabled with byte 26 value 50 :

Choose which one you need.

Byte 24 controls ACC amongst other things. Bit 1,2 and 3 are ACC settings. Those are selected depending what PR code ACC you can set. 8T3, 8T5 or 8T8. Bit 4 controls AWV = Anhaltewegverkürzung or more familiar Stopping distance reduction or emergency automatic brake.
In this coding the byte 24 value is set to hex 16, means that bit 1 and 2 and 4 enabled. 1 and 2 enabled is follow-to-stop/stop-and-go ACC, 8T3/8T8. The other combinations I can't remember, I would need to check.
