You have not provided enough info to get a response to your problem. Just telling us, "I have a problem infrastructure with my router" is like saying, "My car doesn't start" without telling us what kind of car you have, and not even telling us whether "doesn't start" means "doesn't crank at all" or "cranks, but doesn't fire".
So maybe you could tell us your HEX-NET serial number. It starts with "HN1-" and has six more numbers.
You could also tell us what kind of router you have, and what WiFi channel it is using, and provide a detailed description of the problem you are having in infrastructure mode.
