Question MKIV R32 Turbo: Random ECM codes. EPS and Traction Control lights - HELP :/

This mainly goes out to anybody with a MKIV R32 turbo, but all help is truly appreciated.

What’s happening :
I have a MKIV R32 with about 1k, trouble free miles on the turbo setup.
About two weeks ago I was cruising around 40-45 in 3rd gear and the traction control light turned on. The car started stuttering as if it wasn’t getting fuel, then the EPC light came on. I pulled over and let the car idle. It was super rough, vacuum was bouncing between 10 and 20, idle RPMs were fluctuating and Air/Fuel was in the 20s. I turned the car off, let it sit for about 30 seconds, turned it back on, and it was back to 100% normal.
Next time I drove the car it was fine. The time after that, it did the same thing cruising down the highway at about 60. I was at about 10% throttle and after about 20 seconds, it went back to normal. Turned it off while cruising, and back on, and again it ran perfect. It’s been doing this completely randomly for the past 100 miles or so.

Codes I’m getting:
First time I ran VCDS
16891 – Idle Control System RPM
P0507 – 001 – Higher than expected – Intermittent

16486 – Mass Air Flow Sensor
P0102 – 002 – Signal too Low – Intermittent

17796 – Control Module Malfunction – DBW Throttle Monitoring
P1388 – 008 – Implausible Signal – Intermittent
(this one came up twice)

Address 03: ABS
01314 – Engine Control Module
013 – Check DTC Memory – Intermittent

Address 08: Auto HVAC
01274 – Air Flow Positioning Motor (v71)
37-10 Faulty - Intermittent

Address 17: Instruments Label
01177 – Engine Control Unit
64-10 Not Currently Testable – Intermittent
(this one came up twice)

Second time I ran VCDS

17796 – Control Module Malfunction – DBW Throttle Monitoring
P1388 – 008 – Implausible Signal – Intermittent
(this one came up twice)

Address 03: ABS
01314 – Engine Control Module
013 – Check DTC Memory – Intermittent

Address 08: Auto HVAC
01274 – Air Flow Positioning Motor (v71)
37-10 Faulty - Intermittent

Address 17: Instruments Label
01177 – Engine Control Unit
64-10 Not Currently Testable – Intermittent
(this one came up twice)

What I’ve done:
I cleared all faults, performed a throttle body adaption, and took it for a ride. Ran great for about 5 miles, then did then same thing again. It does seem to happen at any specific time at all. Doesn’t matter if the engine is hot or cold from what I can tell. Doesn’t matter if it’s under load or idling either.

So, after speaking with Jeff at Ross Tech, he advised me to check my O2 sensors and make sure nothing was burn, frayed, melted, or in any other way damaged and they aren’t. I put her up on a lift, followed every wire and they are all in excellent shape. I check MAF connections and vacuum lines all over and everything seems to be intact and great.

What should I do?:
Has anybody else experienced anything like this? Can has been running literally issue free since the build and I have done nothing different. I’m stumped.

Some specs for reference:
UM Stage 2 software with launch control and NLS
UM Haldex performance flash

Would you please post a complete Auto-Scan ?
It will give the full picture, and help by showing which modules and versions are in the vehicle. THanks!

Why screen-shots instead of text?

What are the fuel trims after a long drive and before clearing?

I wondered that Uwe.

Post the full Autoscan in between CODE tags
Full AutoScan
as it takes up less room.

Screen grabs because I'm using VCDS mobile on my iPhone and that's how I captured the Autoscan. Can someone guide me and let me know the better way to post them up? I'll gladly do it that way.

I plan on taking the car for a cruise tonight and plan on running an Autoscan before I head out and after I return. Any particulars I should look for? How do I check the fuel trims, vwtech?

Thanks for replying and helping out all.

When the Auto-Scan completes, save the file -- it will be plain text. You can then use [View Saved Files] from the main menu. If you synch 'em to the cloud, they're accessible to from pretty much anywhere, as plain text.

Click on [View Saved Files], or login to http://VCDS-Cloud.com and view it there once it is sync'd.
Copy and paste from either location.
