Hi everyone apologies in advance for the long post but I want to make sure I cover everything.
I have a 2004 A3 a few years ago I added park assist (self park not just sensors) and as part of the retrofit I had to change the MK60 ABS unit with the later MK60CE1 unit.
I checked the cfd for both units and rewired no problem. All was good took a while to code but after doing some research online I was able to build the coding and it was accepted. It’s been this way for about 4 years with no issues.
The other day I decided to finally bite the bullet and install the 2011 bi-xenon cornering lights, as the wire for the tpms switch again no dramas.
I coded the lights up ok, I followed a helpful guide on Audi-sport.net for the tpms and coded the dash, gateway and attempted to code the abs. The code was accepted but nothing worked (tpms wise)
I’ve tried to put everything back to as it was previously but can’t code the ABS now, or clear the fault memory. It comes back with “the request to clear the codes was not acknowledged by the control module” or words to that effect.
i'm trying to attach a log as we speak. I'm planing to address the door issue and the replace the ac unit with the original one at the weekend.
