Hi could anyone please tell me if its possible to disable transport mode on a 2012 Porsche Cayenne using vcds.

The Cayenne is not "supported". That said, I'm sure some modules will communicate, and if you'll post an Auto-Scan, we'll take a look at what we can see and might be able to do.
