A3 8P 1.6 Short/Long Term Fuel Trim Values

Hello. I have loss of power when I am accelerating. If driving normally, I mean not reaching 4 and more rpm's, looks like pretty well.
I have notice what I made before. New fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, checked vacuum hose for leaking, tested compression ratio, toothed belt alignment, but still something wrong.
I checked Engine measuring block, group 032 and 033.
They said:Group 032 - 14.8% (Idle) - 0.0% (Partial); Group 033 - 0.0% - 1.95V
Can someone tell to me witch direction start to looking?
