This is a complete Auto-Scan from my Audi TT 2001. Can you please help with errors? The only "strange" i see in the car is the DIS display that started not to work (after me playing around with VCDS a few months ago because i couldn't get the Telephone cradle to work)

Morning, I not being a communications guru, but you would be well served to get a good wire diag and see how these and other codes interact, as I am not sure if they are Can Bus or powered otherwise, but appear databus for infotainment related, would appear Can, but not going to lead you wrong is my point.

Noted potentiometer AC flap coded, but that did not seem to be your issue.

The story goes as follows. My Audi has preparation phone for handsfree. Wanted to keep the old-school design i bought a cradle for an old device i had. However every time i was connecting the phone, i was having the following issues
i) radio stuck, buttons were not functioning showing TELEFON on radio display
ii) dashboard display stuck, showing TELEFON
When i was disconnecting it, everything was working properly. (the dashboard display as well)

So i went to an Audi garage and the guy told me that he couldn't see Canbus being activated and that's why the Telephone seemed not to be read by CanBus, so he tried to activate CanBus manually via VCDS, then he tried to reset some things, can't recall what exactly he did as i had no idea what he was doing. If i am not wrong, my car does NOT have Canbus!
From then on, the dashboard display stopped functioning. i can see the "OK" etc when car engine starts, but then...black screen, i don't get any radio info.

So, i bought a VCDS Hex v2 so as to solve it by myself.

think this is not a problem. it has to do with a gauge that has been installed in the position of an air-vent for the aircondition

I believe the error is here but don't know what exactly.
Regarding open circuits, i have installed a bluetooth device for music/audio streaming, think this is a reason for showing "fault" but this is not important. Even with bluetooth device installed, the dashboard display was working until i went to this garage.

On label file i see the following:

C00,Instrument Cluster (J285) Coding
C01,??xxx: Options
C02,+01 = All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) / Quattro (Extended Fuel Tank)
C03,+02 = Seatbelt Warning active
C04,+04 = Manual Transmission (02M)
C05,+16 = Secondary Display (Radio/Navigation - w/o CAN-Databus Display)

I am trying to change from 05044 to 21044 but it doesn't go through.
(21 = 01 + 04 + 16)

The solution is:
[17 Instrument Cluster] / Adaptation / channel 62 / correct code is 4 for models up to 2001.
Mine was at code 3. As soon as i changed it to 4, it worked like a charm!

For model from 2002, it's either the correct is either 1 or 5 (for navigation system NS-Low)

The radio coding didn't have any effect since i had 00207 (7 = 1 antenna + 2 cd changer + 4 secondary display) but i think the correct one is 00007 (so i changed that as well)
