This vehicle only has ~6000 miles on it, right? It really shouldn't have a plugged DPF in need of regeneration,
and if it does, then there are external causes that need to be addressed.

You should really consider re-flash to stock for a more consistent diagnostic stack.
I plan to do a couple logs and try the regen first before i reflash back and take it back to dealer. I might reflash back to stock just to see if the values change.

I would seriously flash to stock first.
Given that the tuned flash was applied on Wednesday and DTCs turned up on Friday morning, on a vehicle with very low mileage, I absolutely agree.
My money is on cause & effect rather than coincidence.
