Good day all, first post for help, though been using VCDS with HEX+CAN USB for some time and as of recently, acquired HEX-NET. Please excuse the very long post - aiming to provide as much info as possible, to seek your expert advice. Also, I will post 2 scans at end of post, one being very first and second the current config.
Vehicle:

Problem:
Front Doors Electric Windows - depending on 09 Cent. Elect. Subsystem coding, I get erratic results with front electric windows and the electric side mirrors. Herewith some behaviours:
Some events leading up to current situation:
Prior to receiving my HEX-NET, I only made basic changes to coding, such as adding 69-Trailer control module to 19-CAN Gateway, enabling selective locking and audible confirmation of locking in 09-Cent. Elect. Everything was operating as per normal.
Upon receiving my HEX-NET in March and reading up on trailer hitch retrofitting from RT Wiki, I then proceeded to properly code for the 69-Trailer control module, by coding 10-Park/Steer Assist, 69-Trailer and some coding to 01-Engine control module on advise from Ross-Tech support - from 012A4132232608020001 to 012A4132233608020001.
In my curious nature, I gone through all control modules to see what else was up for "review"... Have not made any other changes, other than in 09-Cent. Elect. Regarding this, I saw that Subsystem 2 & 3, could use some tweaking...
Attempted corrective actions:
When the vehicle started to exhibit the strange behaviours, I started trying various coding selections in these two Subsystems, from the available coding selections in Long Coding Helper for these modules. No combination of changes would correct the situation.
I reached out to RT Support and sent them the Debug Logs. Guidance was to revert the coding back to original. I have done so, but still the issues persisted. I have even gone as far as reverting coding of every single control module and Subsystem, back to the original from my initial scan. Also after doing so with no success, removing negative terminal on battery for over 15 min, to hope for a miracle. No amount of coding, custom or original, resolved the issue.
Discovered some partial remedy:
While looking at the coding again and scratching my head, I tried something a bit unorthodox (in my mind at least). Without going into the Long Coding Helper, I manually tried other coding for these two Subsystems (2 and 3 under 09-Cent. Elect.) control modules.
As I noticed the available selections and their corresponding bits values in Subsystem 3 was either 000000 or 020000, I tried and entered 010000 and coding was accepted. The left window operated normally! Then I went to Subsystem 2 and when selecting RHD (030000), the direction of button operation was inverted (up moving window down and vice versa). Changing it to Not Coded (000000) or LHD (020000), both had the same effect of then swapping left and right functions but window direction still inverted.
I then tried also to manually code Subsystem 2 to 010000 also and coding was accepted, with result that electric window button operation for both front doors are now normal and as should be. I honestly do not know what else this "unlabelled" coding could affect, but all seems normal with one exception, mirrors. The mirrors are still misbehaving as per the problem statement above.
I decided not to try much more, as I am not sure what else I could affect and gave this information to RT support. Their guidance was to post all this in the forum to seek some experienced help in this regard.

In an attempt to extract as much supporting information as possible, I manually ran Controller Channel Maps for all modules. Most are UDS, but for some I was still able to extract PLA and PLB map files, including the 09-Cent. Elect. module. Others for which I could extract mapping files is: 09, 19, 61, 69.
Also for all control modules, I extracted the CSV admap and blockmap files, as well as saved Advanced Identification files for all. I cannot attach all these to the post, but will gladly share them all with whomever needs it to help me out.
Herewith my scan outputs:
This is the very initial scan on the Amarok, selecting all addresses to be scanned. This scan was done with HEX+CAN USB interface, where all consequent work was done with HEX-NET when received earlier this year.
Scan done after Trailer Control Module (address 69) was fitted, but not yet coded, other than being added to the CAN Gateway.
This is my very latest scan, as the vehicle control modules are coded currently (I applied some convenience changes to 09 again, as well as 69 changes applied, as reverting to the original coding on all modules did not resolve the issue)

- Front window button direction is inverted - button up, lets windows down. Also, left and right are not always same i.e. left will be operating correctly, while right is inverted, or both is inverted - all depends on coding. Can just not get both front doors to operate normally.
- Left and right windows are swapped. Left button operates right window and vice versa for right button.
- Compounded issue with both the above issues happening at same time.
- Mirror direction/position is inverted.
- Rotary button in Fold Up position, then mirrors are in normal driving position.
- Rotary button in any other position (Left Adjust, Right Adjust, Heating, 0-Position), then the mirrors fold up in park position.
- In the folded up position, when rotary button is in Left Adjust as an example, I can adjust mirror, though it is done while in the folded up position.

- How can I restore proper function on the electric mirrors?
- Could the "unlabelled" coding I entered (that is not available for selection in the Long Coding Helper), affect anything else? I have not observed anything else abnormal, other than the mirrors still.
- Could the label files for 09-Cent. Elect. be incomplete or inaccurate, against the newer control modules and Subsystems?
- Is there a way to extract mapping files for the Subsystem controllers, or does the master controller (09-Cent. Elect.) contain info on all Subsystems?
