I just don't get it, why such a drama with autoscan.

I can ask the same question. What is the drama requiring it.

Has someone come across this on a 2013 Jetta TDI or not, it is that simple. Now do you know or not?

Man, I have never come across a forum so useless and on top of it for a product I paid big coin for.

Mods, please close this thread. I'll go elsewhere for an answer or figure it out myself.

Forget it, I am unsubscribed.

From an Auto-Scan this customer e-mailed to us back in December of last year:
Address 08: Auto HVAC Labels: 5C0-820-047.clb
Part No SW: 5C0 820 047 BA HW: 5C0 820 047 BA
Component: J301 Klimaanlage 0204
Revision: 2001012S Serial number: [redacted]
Shop #: WSC 00066 000 00000
VCID: 60CF5519B356611EF43-8035

From the label file for the above module:
009,3,Status,PTC Heater,Range: ON/OFF

But we're all supposed to know exactly what HVAC module his car has without seeing a scan, right?
