First time using the scanner

So I might be looking at a car and I was wondering how long scan normally takes I will be using the wireless version

Depends on the car and what interface you are using. I've seen some auto-scans complete in just under 1 minute, and some take as long as 7 or 8 minutes. Most will be in the 2 to 5 minute range.
