Based on some research the [71-Battery Charger] should not require a Security Access Code in order to perform the functions you have mentioned above.
Plus the fault code [P0000] present in the [71-Battery Charger] controller is a bit strange.

Can you tell us about the history of this vehicle? Battery replacements? Electrical work? Maybe something was connected incorrectly? Things just seem a little odd.

Customer try to replace battery by itself . He purchase quality batteries VARTA - Main and starter battery. After replacing batteries car has problem with klimatronic . Mean first start - next day - klima is not operating .. just blow cold , not response for any buttons. after 30min running turn of the engine , 10sec start again - klima is working fine . all buttons , cold , hot air , flops . No any trouble code from klimatronic module . Looks like battery regulation module shut down couple level battery sawer program . I wanna try to registred battery replacing first , if not , possibly problem with module .
What is yours advice guys ?

Does the BEM need informing that the batteries have been changed? If so, did that get done - if not it could explain the klimatronic being shut down.
Does this BEM keep a history log? That would be worth looking at using the history log tool in VCDS.

- There is a factory test plan for the 'Adaptation' of the new batteries, however it does not use a Security Access code as far as I can tell.
- This controller does not appear to have a History function, VCDS will show battery history for the [19-CAN Gateway] and the [61-Battery Management] controllers.
The main job of the 'battery management system' is to control the alternator in order to maintain the correct state of charge at all times. Alternator output voltage and load control are part of this control. Since this vehicle has two batteries, the system uses 'dual battery management control (DBMC)' so that emergency starting is possible in the event there is a weak battery.

As far as I read it, the coding of this [71], has no "emergency starting" activated (although 2 batteries should be installed) and has BDM module installed.
Although there is no sub ecu "Battery Monitoring Control Module" It could be interesting to know if <acronym title="A registered trademark of Ross-Tech, LLC">VCDS</acronym> will show battery history if 71 is entered as Address.
