hi
Has anyone been able to decrease the Lane Assist activation speed trigger, which is factory set at 65 km/h ?

A bit more context might he helpful here, like make, model, and year of car, or ideally, an Auto-Scan. ;)

What you are talking about is called Traffic Jam Assist.
It allows ACC and lane guidance to remain active all the way down to stop.
To activate it requires a suitable parameter set to be uploaded to the A5 front assist camera module.
This is not something which can be done with VCDS.

It can be done using another aftermarket diagnostics tool.

The two first letters are the same as the "in here approved interface", and the last one is a P :)

Instructions would be useful (at least the VCDS - compatible ones). I already uploaded the parameter set.

Uploading the parameter set is enough when Lane Assist is already coded

Index H is needed.
This topic goes beyond VCDS anyway.
