Worse than Land-Rover and Jaguar :facepalm:

Way back when the Jaguar X-Type was launched, a local motoring Journo listened to the spiel about how Jag was plagued with reliability issues, but they'd fixed that with the help of Ford....

Of the 10 test cars, a handful made it all the way through the test day :thumbs: A massive improvement!

In October last year, Volkswagen put a decision about the plant on hold amid international criticism about the country’s military operations in Syria.
Volkswagen was not immediately available for comment.

The law cited here is the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991 which prohibits almost all robocalls to cell phones.

If you look at my blocked calls list and listen to some of the resulting voicemails, you would never think that it's illegal to make robocalls to cell phones. :mad:

I'm not as concerned about the criminal aspects of this as some of the other things this precedent might be construed to apply to.

Last year, 10 states from Maine to Texas to Montana warned that the boundaries of tribal lands have jurisdictional consequences there as well. They said a decision in the tribe's favor "would be confusing and costly at best, and disastrous at worst," affecting health and energy policy, environmental regulation, economic development and taxes.
