Puzzled need help with a code

My car has thrown a code the vcds doesnt know, and my vsds will not clear. As soon as i clear it, its right back. Any help will be greatly appreciated.... my car is a 2013 jetta tdi and the code having problems with is P2BA6.... Thank you

OK, I've checked all the latest data I have access too and still have nothing on this DTC.

I would venture a guess and say it's new in the Dieselgate "fix" software in that ECU, but even then, I'd expect to have info on it.

Indeed have I not in the past caught DTC's in the VAG side but not in the OBD2 side?

Can someone say auxiliary brake vacuum pumps for starters?

Have I not documented in the past with VAG and EPA that non SMOG related codes could also Illuminate an MIL & to allow VAG to purport an unjust enrichment scheme & that deprives aftermarket shops or scan tool manufacturer/vendors?

Yes it shows up in the obdII scan also... when i clear it it pops back up in the pending dtc.... it wont go away

Well if you had the repair done as part of the settlement, isn't it under warranty "forever"?

Are you going to put a complaint directly into the EPA for OBD2 failure of stack & to comport with compliance for COC's good engineering judgment affirmation?

As bad as it sounds since im new at this and vw's and this whole thing, i really dont understand what you said. Besides my explorer everything i own and know is carburetor and very few electronics. So this is all greek to me.
