BETA 17.12.0 - HEX-NET keeps wanting to update firmware

Hi,

I have just updated to the latest Beta 17.12.0. I have a HEX-NET and after upgrading to 17.12.0 I went into "program options/test" to re-register my HEX-NET interface and was instructed that "Status: Firmware update required!". My Hex-net was on 0.4401 so I clicked the update link which launched the VCDS Interface Config V2.242 and it successfully updated to CB: 0.4409/ FW 0.254/ CFB: 0.10/ BL: 0.28. I then closed the update tool and went back to options/test and it shows CB: 0.4409.4 with "Status: Firmware Update Required!". So I am now in this update loop as when I am taken back to the interface config tool it says my HEX-NET is "up to date". My HEX-NET won't work as I cannot save my test as "OK" forces the firmware update process.

Anyone else seen this issue?

You need to switch your HEX-NET onto the beta channel using the config utility. This has been mentioned a few times on here.
