Hi Guys,
I did change quite alot of those new type EGR modules in VAG cars, but it is the first time that I have a problem like this.
Subject - VW Caddy 2012 VW Caddy 1.6 TDi CAYD, log from before repair:
After removing the EGR, it occured, that there are lots odf soot and coal inside of it so we decided to change the part.
After changing the part, car drove for a week and came back with error:
Unfortunately, I don't have a log file, because it was checked by another technician and he did a quick scan with G-Scan and erased the error...
Did anyone had simmilar error? All the pipes ingoing to the EGR were sandblasted to get rid of thick layer of soot, The plug and cables look ok, after the operation car had also a big service, changed oil, all filters and fluids...
Regards,
Daniel
