Sorry, I spoke without getting my system layout right, your car has the plenum chamber cabin filter I think, not the filter behind the glove box?
I asked about the exhaust as I thought you meant condenser drain tubes, but this is obviously unrelated as it is the engine exhaust. I doubt the polarity of the supply to the motor has been reversed if it did work ok.
So MVB 008 shows the minimum and maximum adapted positions as closed (or as near as damn it), so I doubt the recirc flap will ever open during normal operation at present. So the simple answer is yes, the G143 adaptation will cause a problem as suggested by Jack, but there is something stopping it from adapting correctly when you run basic settings.
I would suggest finding the V113 motor and taking a look at that. Unfortunately I don't know the exact location of that on your system, but it should be mounted on the side of the A/C unit inside the car.
