Hello, I am new in this forum and I really need your help. I am having problems with the long coding of the ABS module. The problem began when a man tried to change the instrument cluster trying to fix a problem with the odometer and use another one. When he put the original cluster back the ABS light is flashing and the code 01042 Control module; not coded. The actual long code is filled by zeros. I have a Launch X431 V tool and I can change the long code, but I do not know which number is the right one. Please tell me what can I do with this issue. What info do you need to know to calculate this code. I really appreciate the help. The Abs part number is 1K0907379BL the code workshop is 00066 000 0000 the vin number is 3VWDX7AJ1CM410849. It is a VW Jetta mod. 2011 2.5l R5/4V G01

Perhaps Launch has a forum to support their users? ;)

Understood Uwe. I will buy my own VCDS this weekend, then I will post the Auto scan. I appreciate a lot for your help.
