Dear friends, :thumbs:

i'm from Serbia, Republic of former Yugoslavia. What people are saying about us: country of friendly and sociable people, beautiful women and beautiful nature... Phrases on which I would not talk, nor about politics and wars. I'm not much interested in it. :cool:

Sport! Yes ! :thumbs: Country of origin good athletes. For start, please let me introduce Ivana, our Olympic bronze medalist.

There are many more, who are interested in: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serbia

For this evening that much.

Sincerely,
Boyan

Boki Ar: Hello: I feel that I have to step-in and add another dimension to this debate - for the honor of a distant continent where "women glow and men chunder" (lyrics to a Aussie song that probably isn't known in Serbia). First I must preempt my remarks, by saying that Serbia certainly has a fine looking female population.

BUT...BUTT...bbb-but........ you have forgotten a vital and crucial aspect in your response (IMO). It's a well known fact (to me at least) that the fecundity and the visual quality of a country's female progeny is linked more to population density, rather than just population!

So, on the basis of this well-known theory (to me at least), I think that you will agree that the following logic is inescapable (my apology to any females reading this totally sexist analysis):

Serbia = 88361 square kms , 7,164,000 population
Australia = 7,692,000 square kms, 23,130,000 population

Population density: Serbia = 81.07649302 persons/sq km and Australia= 3.007020281 persons/sq km.

Now, assuming that 50% of the population is female (roughly)

Therefore, the chance of finding a female in any given square km:

Serbia= 40.5 females/sq km and Australia= 1.5 females/sq km

And yet, despite the rarity of females in Australia, we still manage to produce girls of the quality shown in video posted by Uwe (who I have always considered to the a good judge of the female form :facepalm:)

Magpie. Every morning this bird wakes me up. Knocking on my door three times and run. With a little perseverance, i managed to record it... :cool:

Boki: Here's a picture of a pair of very "strange" friends who regularly sit outside our kitchen window! The bird on the left is a King Parrot and the one on the right is a kookaburra. They tolerate each other because they eat different foods (parrot is a seed-eater whereas the Kooka is a carnivore) But I would gladly swap your magpie for the Kooka - it (and its large family) has an annoying habit of carolling at the first sight of morning sun. Very annoying when I'm trying to sleep - still I could be awoken by worse noises!!

I've taken a few shots out of my kitchen window lately.

There were about 15 birds (Sparrows, Mynahs and Pukekos), all eating the chicken food/pellets.

There was a massive rat too.

I can't post the shots... It wasn't a camera ;)

I would not "have the heart" to shoot the birds. :)

The rat is a greater threat to the chickens. ;)
