Audi A4 B6, how to keep fogs on with high beam?

I'd have tossed out a full autoscan if this were just for one car. My kids have an 04 and 05 A4q 1.8t, and i have an 04 A4q waggy, 1.8t as a semi-beater. I know that on later models you can code in that fogs stay on with both highs and lows. There is no availability on the B6's that I have found. I don't care to go through the old school means of relaying the fogs. At this late date for these cars, was the 'switch' ever found? Or is it truly not available? Thanks in advance!

My fuzzy recollection from those days is that this was possible on the earliest B6s (basically 2002), but not on the later ones. However, I'm an old fart an my memory has been known to be faulty.
