Like Scotland but without oil or huge EU grants (Scotland has SOOOO many new roads funded by the EU it's almost a completely new road network) so independence
Wouldn't it be extremely wise to install the correct parts and isolate all systems bringing them up one by one on gateway and verifying each controllers
