Probably been asked/discussed before but my S4 Avant has stop/start which can be switched off but needs to be done every time the engine is started otherwise it reverts to being on and I'm really not keen on it cutting out when I don't want it to.
I would prefer that I could switch it off and it stay off, or leave it on and it stay on i.e. 'remember' the last state but I understand that is probably not possible? If that is the case then I would rather it be permanently off than default to on, if possible.
There was mention in another thread about a different model that it can be permanently disabled with some adaptation? can anyone tell me how?
